| DEPOSIT | A $100 deposit will be requested on
booking. A confirmation letter will be sent to you when your deposit is
received. If deposit is not received within 5 days owner reserves the
right to open rental on your reserved period of time. Your deposit will
be returned when the keys for the unit are returned if there is no
damage or missing items in the unit. Sorry, NO PETS
